Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Solon Track Club registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, injury, weather-related disruptions, or non-attendance.

Solon Track Club is a community-driven program that commits funds in advance to facilities, insurance, equipment, awards, staffing, and operational expenses. Entry fees and donations are used solely to cover these costs, with all remaining proceeds benefiting the Solon community and local charitable initiatives.

By registering for any Solon Track Club program or event, families acknowledge and accept this policy.
