Medical & Emergency Information

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency contact information during registration.

Solon Track Club:

• Does not provide on-site medical professionals

• Will respond to injuries or medical situations using reasonable care

• Will contact emergency services when deemed necessary

Minor first aid may be administered by trained volunteers. Parents/guardians will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible in the event of injury or illness.

Participants with medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations should disclose this information during registration. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate needs, STC cannot guarantee individualized medical supervision.
