Photo & Video Policy

Solon Track Club may take photographs and videos during practices, events, and meets for purposes including program promotion, community engagement, and historical documentation.

Images and videos may be used on:

• The Solon Track Club website

• Social media platforms

• Marketing or informational materials

Families may opt out of photo and video use during registration. Solon Track Club will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all background or group images.
